OUR
VALUES

  • 01 SCRIPTURE
The Bible informs our faith and practice. Our lives are born and built on the Word of God.
  • 02 PRAYER
Prayer moves the hand of God. Nothing we do happens outside of it.
  • 03 COMMUNITY
The church is not a building; it’s a family. Kingdom relationships hold our lives together.
  • 04 OUTREACH
Jesus came to seek and save the lost. We join Him in His mission.
  • 05 GROWTH
Spiritual growth is not an option. We pursue everything God has for us.
  • 06 SERVING
We live to serve and serve to live. Jesus is our ultimate example.
  • 07 WORSHIP
Life is dull without music! We seek to glorify God in song and also with our lives.

What we believe

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

(II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21; Proverbs 30:5; Romans 16:25-26; John 17:17).

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit who are co-equal and co-eternal. (I John 5:7; Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; Luke 1:35; Isaiah 9:6; Hebrews 3:7-11; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Matthew 28:19).

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 1:1,14, 20:28; I Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; Philippians 2:5-6; I Timothy 2:5; Matthew 1:18, 25; Luke 1:35; Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:27-35; Matthew 24:30, 26:63-64; Acts 1:9-11; I Thessalonians 4:15-17; II Thessalonians 1:7-8; Revelation 1:7).

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, repentance through faith in Christ is absolutely essential along with the washing and regeneration by the Holy Spirit. (Romans 5:12-21; Ephesians 2:8-9; Galatians 2:16, 3:8; Titus 3:5; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 16:31; Hebrews 9:22; Acts 2:21, 3:19; I John 1:9).

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and able to express their spiritual gifts. (Joel 2:28-29; Matthew 3:11; Mark 16:17; Acts 1:5,2:1-4, 17, 38-39, 8:14-17, 10:38, 44-47, 11:15-17, 19:1-6; Hebrews 2:4; Romans 1:11, 12 :4-8; Ephesians 4:16; I Timothy 4:14; II Timothy 1:6-7; I Corinthians 12:1-31, 14:1-40; I Peter 4:10; John 6:44, 65; Matthew 19:28; Titus 3:5).

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of eternal punishment.

(Matthew 25:41; Mark 9:43-48; Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 14:9-11, 20:12-15, 21:8).

We believe in the church, its mission, and the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

(Ephesians 1:22, 2:19-22; Hebrews 12:23; John 17:11, 20-23; Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8).
